Funny Money Friday: Change Challenge

Money doesn't have to be boring! Each week, CreditBloggers.com takes a look at the lighter side of the personal finance world in a series called Funny Money Friday.

Usa0_25 Arithmetic is not my strong point. Luckily I grew up in the age of calculators so it hasn't slowed me down much. In fact, thanks to credit cards and ATM cards, most of us rarely have to calculate the amount of change we're due any more.

I found this free Change Maker game online that challenges you to make the correct change for small purchases. I thought that my experience working in deli when I was a teen would help me with this one but I still didn't do that well. Change for a $0.41 purchase from $5.00? It took me more than a few seconds to do the math. Oh the shame!

Click here to practice your own change-making skills. How well did you do? Do you think you could challenge an elementary school kid? Happy Friday!
