What is Your New Year's Resolution?

Happy New Year! It's 2007 and time to set up your resolutions for the next 12 months. Along with goals like organizing your closets, going to the gym and learning a new language, you should add a financial resolution to your list.

No matter where you stand, there is a financial resolution that fits with your situation. If you are struggling with you finances, make it a goal to get out of debt, stick to a monthly spending plan or improve your credit scores. If you are managing your finances fairly well, set a goal to buy a home or rework your investments. Which resolution will you choose?

As always, we'd love you to share your financial resolutions or credit questions with us! Our team of credit and personal finance experts can help point you in the right direction to make your goal a reality in 2007. Send us an email or post your thoughts in the comments section below.

My resolution is to start some kind of savings for my daughter's college career. To assist me I have been reading a very helpful book called Women, Get Answers About Your Money by Carolyn Castleberry. It's given me some great ideas on how to achieve this resolution.
